Victor Hugo, the famous 19th-century French poet, novelist and dramatist once said, “Music expresses that which cannot be put into words and that which cannot remain silent.” Many of us can tie our passion to music to one important moment—be it your first concert or first record you purchased.
One of the earliest memories that I have of listening to and falling in love with music was Michael Jackson's Thriller. Every time that I listen to that song, I am still reminded of my childhood, watching MTV and patiently waiting for the music video to be played!

I’d say Chevelle has done a lot for me. Love everything they’ve ever done.
Too many to list but I love the 70’s artists like Steely Dan, Doobie Bros and The BeeGees
Perhaps the biggest influence on my love for music has been the artist Tech N9ne. His dedication to his craft and constant drive to lyrically evolve is an inspiration on its own. It’s as if Tech’s music has this unusual effect that motivates and compels people to rise to a new level to make them greater as a result. I highly recommend checking out his library especially if you’re a fan of hip-hop.
