Why does my Bluetooth connection disconnect sporadically?

With the DualSound, why doesn't the micro-USB connector completely embed into the port like with other devices?

While seeing the connector not completely embed into the port might make it appear that the device is defective, it was actually a design decision that our engineers made to make the control box as compact and light as possible.
